PENOSIL Standard Acrylic Sealant is a recoatable acrylic sealant for filling gaps and cracks before painting.

USE
It is mainly used for sealing cracks and joints in sanitary and other interiors. Sealing of windows and door frames, repair of minor surface defects before painting. For thickening porous surfaces. Filling cracks in concrete, bricks, plaster, other materials and screw holes. Not recommended for applications in constant contact with water.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Application temperature between +5 ° C and +40 ° C. Surfaces must be free of dust, loose particles and oil. Not suitable for joints with high mobility (more than 8% of the joint width). Not suitable for joints of bituminous surfaces. Poor adhesion to glass and some plastics. May cause corrosion on exposed metal surfaces. Hardened sealant cannot be sanded as a sealant.

Method of use
Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the acrylic directional application nozzle.
Cut the threaded end to make a suitable hole for the application.
Insert the cartridge with the applicator into the gun and press the trigger of the gun repeatedly to fill the installation nozzle with acrylic.
Apply acrylate to the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the gun trigger and pulling the nozzle continuously along the joint.
After applying the acrylic, smooth it with a rubber scraper.
Remove excess acrylic.

Cleaning:
Uncured acrylate can be removed from hands and tools with water. The cured acrylate must first be removed mechanically and then with a damp cloth.

Security requirements:
Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
