Glue PENOSIL Premium FastFix Wood 30ml

Hand-mixed two-component epoxy putty for repairs and reconstruction of wooden surfaces and products.

- After mixing the activator and base in the inner and outer layers, a polymer mixture with industrial strength is created that can be shaped or used to repair or restore, patch and repair wooden parts.
- Glue is indispensable for small quick repairs.
- Easy to use, eliminates glitches.
- The consistency (reminiscent of modeling clay) prevents the formation of drops and run-off and facilitates the adhesion of the product to the substrate.
- After final hardening, the material can be drilled, cut, sanded, varnished and painted.
- Resistant to water, chemicals and extreme temperatures.

Use
Used to restore picture frames, furniture, door and window frames, including old keyholes; to repair twigs, scratches, cracks, pest damage, nail and screw holes, table and chair legs; for shaping buttons, latches, handles, ornaments and carvings.

Application procedure
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Application temperature +5 °C to +30 °C.

Surface preparation:
All surfaces must be clean, free of loose particles.
The unused portion will remain fresh for further use after being stored in the original packaging.
Not suitable for general construction work

Method of use:
Roughen and clean the repaired area before application.
Cut or roll the desired amount.
Mix to get a uniform color.
If mixing is difficult, warm FastFix Wood to room temperature or slightly warmer.
Even mixing is important to achieve good quality.
After mixing, apply to the repaired surface within 2 minutes.
Apply to any cracks or holes and remove excess material, preferably with a tool moistened with clean water.
After applying sealant to a damp, wet or slowly seeping surface, press the material firmly against the surface and press until it adheres.
For best results, wet your fingers to better blend, apply and spread the cured product.

Cleaning
Use water or PENOSIL Premium cleaning wipes to remove fresh sealant from hands and tools.
Cured sealant should be removed mechanically.

Color:
Cures to a tan wood-like color.

Security requirements:
Contains epoxy resin and triethylenetetramine. Exposure may cause allergic reactions. May be harmful if swallowed. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. It irritates the eyes. In case of contact with eyes, flush with tap water for 5 to 10 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children.
