Acrylic fireproof PENOSIL Premium white 310ml

Fire-resistant acrylic is a paintable sealant for filling gaps and cracks in fire-resistant constructions.

- Free of halogens, solvents and asbestos.
- Adheres well to most building materials.
- For indoor and outdoor use.
- Resistant to UV radiation, weathering and aging.
- Movement resistance up to 5%.

Use
It is used for surface treatment of fire doors and windows. For sealing internal fire-resistant joints. To seal around bushings and penetrating elements: pipes, ducts, etc. To repair cracks in concrete plaster.

Application procedure
The application temperature must be between +5 °C and +40 °C. The temperature of the sealant during application must be +20 °C to +25 °C.
The surfaces must be cleaned of grease, oil, dust and loose particles.
The surface to be coated must be dry.

Method of use:
Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle to direct the acrylic.
Cut the threaded end to make a suitable hole for application.
Insert the cartridge together with the applicator into the gun and press the gun trigger repeatedly to fill the installation nozzle with acrylic.
Apply acrylic in the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the trigger of the gun and smoothly pulling the nozzle along the joint.
After applying the acrylic, smooth it with a rubber scraper.
Remove excess acrylic.

Cleaning:
Unhardened acrylic can be removed from hands and tools with water or PENOSIL Premium Cleaning Wipes.
Cured acrylic should first be removed mechanically and then with a damp cloth.

Storage:
Guaranteed shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture, stored in original packaging in a dry place at temperatures of +5 °C to +25 °C.
Avoid freezing.

Security requirements:
