Use
Low Expansion foam is particularly suitable for use in fragile and pressure-sensitive structures. It is used for installing doors and windows, insulating and fixing pipes, filling holes and gaps, as well as sound and thermal insulation.

Application procedure
Temperature during use: - 5°C to 30°C, best results at + 20°C.
Can temperature during application: + 5°C to + 25°C, best results at + 20°C.
The surfaces must be clean of dust, loose particles and grease. The hardened foam can be painted with water-based paints.

Method of use:
Hold the can of foam in a vertical position and rotate the side of the gun by grasping the handle of the gun with one hand and rotating the can with the other hand. Make sure you are not aiming at other people when rotating the pistols. The can must not be screwed to the gun by turning the valve upside down or turning the gun on the can. After fixing the gun, shake the container well at least 20 times and turn it to the application position. Foam output can be adjusted using the gun trigger.

Cleaning
Uncured foam can be cleaned from tools and surfaces using PENOSIL Premium cleaner.
Once the hardened foam has softened, it can be mechanically removed using the PENOSIL Premium remover.
Hands, clothing and the foam gun can be cleaned of uncured foam with moistened PENOSIL Premium wipes.

- Temperature resistance of hardened foam: -50 to + 90°C

Security requirements
The product is flammable. Protect from overheating and keep away from sources of ignition. Avoid direct sunlight and do not smoke while working. May cause sensitization by inhalation and skin contact. Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Use safety glasses and gloves. Keep out of reach of children.
