Cable detector LA-1012
The cable locator consists of two parts - a transmitter and a receiver. These parts are portable measuring instruments and are used to detect and trace wires and cables. The signal generated by the transmitter is essentially a modulated current that produces a weak magnetic field around the conductor. This electromagnetic field induces a voltage in the coil of the receiver. This induced voltage is amplified, decoded and converted by the receiver to the original signal. The result is shown on the display. The set parameters of the transmitter must correspond to the type of conductor being measured and must form a closed current circuit with the conductor.
Product parameters:
- search for concealed wires, wire breaks, short circuits on wires
- routing of buried cables
- fuse detection and current circuit assignment
- routing of drawers and distribution drawers that were accidentally hidden under plaster
- detection of broken wires and short circuits in floor heating systems
- tracing metal pipes for water and heating systems
- in all areas of application (both live and non-live) are carried out without the use of any additional aids
- the transmitter display shows the transmission level, transmission code and presence of external voltage
- the receiver displays the reception level, the transmission code and at the same time detects the presence of mains voltage
- automatic and manual sensitivity adjustment
- possibility to switch off the acoustic signal of the receiver
- auto-Power-Off
- backlight
- possibility of backlighting when working in poor lighting conditions
