This assembly does not contain a battery. If you do not have an on-board battery in the caravan, we recommend choosing a closed-type AGM, GEL, or LiFePo4 battery from the solar battery section. We will be happy to help you make the right choice.

The Victron Energy LCD & USB 10A solar controller takes care of the completely unattended operation of the system, it has a clear integrated LCD display. It will provide you with interesting information about the operation of the entire system. Directly on the front of the solar controller, you will also find two USB outputs suitable, for example, for charging mobile phones. After installation, select one of the four preset battery types: AGM, GEL, liquid or LiFePO4

The set contains a set of two cables 7m long. At the ends of the cables are pressed MC4 connectors used for connection to the solar panel. You can also use part of the cable to connect the solar controller and the battery - you will only install a safety disconnector on this cable as close as possible to the battery according to the diagram. The installing electrician will equip the ends of the cables leading to the solar controller with sockets. For the battery, the cable ends with suitable eyelets, depending on the type of battery.

How to choose the right solar system?
We multiply the consumption of individual devices powered by the solar system in Watts by the number of hours of expected operation per day. The result will be the total need for Wh (watt hours) per day. If this number is lower than the stated values ​​for each season, the performance of the system is sufficient, otherwise it is necessary to choose a more powerful system. If you are not sure which system to choose, contact us, we will be happy to advise you.

If any component of the solar system does not suit you with its parameters, we will be happy to replace it with another or completely remove it with the appropriate price adjustment. For this adjustment, please contact us or state the fact in the note in the order.
