Aluminum spray is a combination of lacquer binder and pure aluminum-metal pigments. The right solvent ratio ensures perfect dispersion of aluminum particles over the entire surface and guaranteed corrosion protection.

It is suitable for protection of welded parts of pipes, steel structures, wheel discs, exhausts, bodies, etc.
It can be used wherever high demands are placed on higher resistance to corrosion, temperatures and chemicals.
Use of BL6 aluminum spray:
Repairs and modifications of aluminum shades, anti-corrosion protection in light aluminum, painting of iron structures, pipes, sheets, etc., repairs of body damage on stones, painting of wheel discs, exhausts. It is immediately usable without special preparation, without primer, it acts as a corrosion protection for most metal substrates. Economical in consumption. Temperature resistant up to 600 ° C, short-term up to 800 ° C. It is resistant to most acids and alkalis, highly resistant to abrasion, fast drying. It has good hiding power.

Drying at 20 ° C: approx. 15min (dust does not stick)
Drying at 20 ° C: approx. 30min (dry to touch)
Drying at 20 ° C: approx. 8 hours hardened

Workflow:
The substrate must be dry, degreased, free of dust and rust. Light regrinding of damaged areas will improve grip. Before use, shake the contents of the container thoroughly for 2 minutes with the audible sound of balls and a temperature of approx. + 20 ° C. Do not apply to surfaces below + 5 ° C. The optimal layer thickness is approx. 60um, we recommend applying a few thin layers crosswise. The optimal spraying distance is between 25 and 30 cm. Spray into the grid. Storage temperature: optimally + 10 ° C to + 20 ° C. Application temperature: max. 40 ° C.
