You can then enjoy the window in the lid as the bakery works for you. Fully automatic preparation includes kneading, leavening, baking and maintaining the temperature. The ETA Harmony II home bakery will delight you with its multifunctionality. In addition to being able to choose from three different bread sizes (1 kg / 1.25 kg / 1.5 kg), you can also choose the intensity of the crust browning. However, the pre-set programs do not surprise you with the preparation of gluten-free pastries, cake bodies or pizza dough. You can also easily prepare jam or homemade yoghurt in the ETA Harmony II home bakery. In both of you, you will be captivated by the full taste and the possibility of control over the composition. To make your home life really easier, it also offers a delayed start for up to 15 hours or a KEEP WARM function to maintain the temperature for up to 60 minutes. There is also a memory in the event of a power failure. You can always easily read the current preparation phase from the backlit display, and an audible signal will promptly alert you to the possibility of adding other ingredients (such as seeds). The folding handle serves for comfortable handling of the baking tin. In addition to the baking tin with non-stick coating, you will also find 2 kneading hooks, measuring cups, a cup and a hook in the package.
