We produce frying pans in Germany by hand casting, and we know this in high quality. The bottom of the G21 BBQ pan with a thickness of 9 mm consists of 5 layers. The sandwich design without air pockets and the top properties of the individual layers together form a perfect whole. The base layer is made of aluminum, followed by a layer of titanium dioxide, a protective layer against corrosion, a ceramic layer and the non-adhesion of the inner side of the G21 BBQ pan is ensured by the LOTAN® layer, applied by special plasma polymerization. This technology increases the durability of the surface and prevents food from burning. The special design of the G21 BBQ pan prevents burning or sticking of ingredients and food to the bottom or walls of the pan.
