It will work with you much more comfortably than with conventional containers, thanks to the two-part lid system. When whipping, you only open the middle part, thus freeing up space for whisks, but the lid remains along the edges and thus protects your kitchen from unwanted splashing of whipped food. By closing the middle part of the lid, you will prevent the whipped goodies from drying out. The bowl is equipped with a spout and an ear, so it is very comfortable to work with. A 200 ml scale in the range of 0.2 l to 2.4 l is marked on the bowl.
