You can use the GRANDE baking pan as a classic baking pan with a lid for preparing meat, as an aroma baking pan with a lid, but also its parts separately - the middle part as a shallow baking pan or frying pan for baking and frying, with a profiled bottom. The glass lid with aroma handle allows fine dosing of liquid flavors - oils, wine… without the need to open the lid. You pour the flavoring into the handle and it flows spontaneously through the hole inside the baking dish. The baking pan is equipped with a high-quality non-stick PFLUON GRANIT surface in 2 layers, which allows you to prepare meals with a minimum amount of fat. There is one layer of high-quality non-stick PTFE surface on the outside. Thanks to the treatment of the outer surface, you can use both parts for all types of heat sources, including induction and in the oven - max. 200 ° C. Material: aluminum alloy with a high-quality non-stick surface, glass lid with stainless steel aroma funnel. The advantage is its lightness and easy handling. We recommend the use of kitchen gloves when handling. Suitable for refrigerators, dishwashers - due to aggressive cleaning agents, slight oxidation of the bottom may occur - this phenomenon does not affect the cooking process, is not harmful to health and cannot be the subject of a complaint.
