It is equipped with a sandwich bottom - we switch off the heat source in advance - the accumulated energy transfers heat further to the vessel. Very simple opening and closing system. The pot is equipped with a working valve with the possibility of setting the intensity of steam release - 3 degrees. It is always necessary to fill the pot only up to the marked MAX level.
