Low-Expansion foam PENOSIL Premium 750ml

Professional assembly foam for all seasons with an even structure and low expansion for demanding users.
Packed in an aerosol spray, a foam gun can be used, cures with moisture. Cured foam is a good thermal and sound insulator. The foam has very good adhesive properties. It adheres well to most building materials with the exception of Teflon, polyethylene and silicone surfaces. After curing, it does not resist UV radiation and must be covered.

Use
It is used for the installation of doors and windows, for the insulation and fixing of pipe penetrations, for filling holes and gaps and for sound and thermal insulation.

Application procedure
Application temperature
Air temperature during use: -5 ° C to +30 ° C, best results at +20 ° C.
Can temperature during application: + 5 ° C to + 25 ° C, best results at + 20 ° C.
The foam can must be heated with water or air (max. +30 ° C) before starting work at low temperatures.

Surface preparation:
Remove dust, loose particles and grease from the surface. Moisten a dry substrate to ensure better results. Protect adjacent surfaces with paper, plastic wrap or other suitable material.

Method of use:
Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times. Hold the can of foam in an upright position, turn the gun towards the can by holding the pistol grip with one hand and turning the can with the other. Make sure that the pistol is not aimed at other people when turning. The canister must not be bolted to the gun with the valve facing up or by turning the gun on the canister. Turn the can upside down and start applying. The foam output can be adjusted using the gun trigger.
When applying the foam in layers, slightly moisten it between the individual layers.

Cleaning:
Uncured foam can be cleaned from tools and surfaces with PENOSIL Premium cleaner.
After softening, the cured foam can be removed mechanically using the PENOSIL Premium foam remover.
Hands, clothes and a foam gun can be cleaned of uncured foam with damp PENOSIL Premium cleaning wipes.

Security requirements:
The product is flammable. Protect from overheating and keep away from sources of ignition. Avoid direct sunlight and do not smoke during work. May cause sensitization by inhalation and skin contact. Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Wear safety goggles and gloves. Keep out of reach of children.
The cured foam can be handled without endangering health.
