Silicone-acrylic sealant PENOSIL Premium Exterior and Interior white 310ml

PENOSIL Premium SilAcryl Exterior & Interior is an elasto-plastic white acrylic sealant for filling gaps and cracks in moving joints.

USE
Used to seal joints where high mobility is required. Filling joints between window or door frames and walls. Filling the connection joints between the wall and the ceiling. Filling joints between plasterboard and filling holes for screws. Repair of surface defects before painting.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Application temperature between + 5 ° C and + 40 ° C. The product cures by drying (evaporation of water). High humidity, low temperatures and large joint depths can significantly delay skin formation and curing.

Surface preparation:
Surfaces must be cleaned of dust, loose particles and oil. Non-porous surfaces should be cleaned with a solvent and a clean, lint-free cotton cloth. Residual solvent must be removed with a clean cloth before evaporation.

Method of use:
310 ml cartridge: Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application nozzle to direct the sealant. Cut the threaded end to make a suitable hole for the application. Insert the cartridge with the applicator into the gun and press the gun trigger repeatedly to fill the installation nozzle with sealant.
600 ml foil package: Open the gun application nozzle, insert the package into the gun and open the side of the applicator by removing the retaining clip. Place the application nozzle on the open end and screw on the cap. Apply sealant to the joint by repeatedly pressing the gun trigger evenly and pulling the nozzle smoothly across the joint. After application, smooth the surface with a rubber silicone scraper and remove excess material.
It is strongly recommended to cover the cured sealant with a suitable paint, varnish, plaster, etc. to ensure its long life. It can be painted after final curing. The curing time depends on the size of the joint. Early painting can cause the paint to crack.

Cleaning:
Uncured sealant, tools and hands can be cleaned with PENOSIL Premium Cleaning Wipes. Hardened sealant can be removed mechanically. Clean the surface with a sponge and water.
