Glue PENOSIL Premium FastFix Aqua 30ml

Hand-mixed special epoxy sealant for repairing damp and wet surfaces and underwater surfaces.

- After mixing the activator and the base in the inner and outer layers, a polymer mixture with industrial strength is created,
which can be shaped or used to repair or restore products.
- Indispensable for small quick fixes.
- Consistency (similar to modeling clay) eliminates dripping and running, facilitates adhesion to the substrate and allows
shape and form the material as needed before curing begins.
- After functional curing (within a few minutes after application) it can be drilled, cut, carved, sanded, filed and painted.
- Resistance to water, chemicals and short-term temperatures up to +150 °C.
- Does not contain solvents or volatile organic substances.
- It is non-flammable and does not emit any harmful fumes.
- Does not clump or separate.

Used to repair and restore tiles, tiles, knobs in pools, bathrooms and showers; to
repairs and sealing of hulls and decks, leaky seals, gutters and tanks; for shaping buttons, latches,
handles, ornaments and carvings.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Application temperature +5 °C to +30 °C.
All surfaces must be clean, free of loose particles.
The unused portion will remain fresh for further use after being stored in the original packaging.
Not suitable for general construction work.
Meets ASTM D-4236.

Application instructions
Roughen and clean the repaired area before application.
Then follow these simple steps:
Cut or roll the desired amount.
Mix by kneading with your fingers to get a uniform color.
If mixing is difficult, warm FastFix Aqua to room temperature or slightly warmer.
Even mixing is important to achieve good quality.
Apply to the repaired surface within 2 minutes after mixing.
Get into any cracks or holes and remove excess material, preferably with a tool moistened with clean water.
After applying sealant to a damp, wet or slowly seeping surface, press the material firmly against the surface and press until it adheres.
For best results, wet your fingers to better blend, apply and spread the hardened
product.
Remove excess material before curing.

Cleaning
Use water or PENOSIL Premium cleaning wipes to remove fresh sealant from hands and tools.
Cured sealant should be removed mechanically.

Chemical resistance
Resistant to hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, esters, halogenated, hydrocarbons, aqueous salt solutions and dilute acids, bases.
