Glue PENOSIL Premium SpeedFix Clear 909 transparent 290ml

PENOSIL Premium SpeedFix Clear 909 is a transparent, solvent-based assembly adhesive for invisible bonding and sealing for various applications in construction projects.

Use
It is recommended for gluing plinths, panels, plinths, moldings, profiles, railings, door frames and windows, sheets, mailboxes, signs.
It has very good adhesion to wood, concrete, ceramics, bricks, plaster, stone, steel, aluminium, hard PVC, glass, polyester.

Application procedure
Application temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C. Ensure adequate ventilation during application.

Surface preparation:
To achieve perfect adhesion to the substrate, the surfaces must be free of dust, grease, oil, water, pollutants, rust, etc. and must be dry.

Method of use:
Press the glue with an application gun. Apply with shaping points or laces (2 - 5 mm).
The adhesive can also be used as a contact adhesive or a single-sided wet adhesive (recommended for heavier materials or surfaces that are under pressure).
Instant adhesion.
Single-sided contact: Apply the adhesive to one of the bonded surfaces and immediately press the surfaces together to achieve the best possible result. Fasten the glued surfaces firmly. Mechanical support should be installed for at least 24 hours, preferably until fully cured.
Double-sided contact: Apply glue to one of the bonded surfaces, press the surfaces firmly together, then separate. Keep separate for 3-5 minutes depending on room conditions and press tightly together. To achieve maximum contact, the surfaces should be pressed firmly together. The mechanical support should be installed for at least 24 hours, preferably by the time curing is complete. Avoid thermal, mechanical and chemical stress before final curing. It is necessary for one of the surfaces to be porous to allow evaporation of the solvent.

Cleaning:
For removal, use PENOSIL Premium cleaning wipes or organic solvents such as acetone or white spirit uncured adhesive sealant. Cured adhesive sealant should be removed mechanically.

Storage conditions:
Guaranteed storage period of 18 months from the date of production when stored in a closed original packaging, pack in a dry place and protect from direct sunlight at temperatures from +5 °C to +30 °C.

Not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene and expanded polystyrene. Adhesion tests on any unknown material are recommended before use.

Security requirements:
Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with the eyes, immediately flush them with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Highly flammable, keep away from sources of ignition, open flames and do not smoke near the product. Keep out of reach of children.
