Glue PENOSIL Premium FastFix Plastic 30ml

Hand-mixed two-component epoxy sealant for repairing products made of ABS, CPVC and PVC plastics.

- After mixing the activator and base in the inner and outer layers, a polymer mixture with industrial strength is created that can be molded or used to repair, restore and patch plastic parts.

Use
It is used to repair PVC furniture, plastic parts on cars, plastic bathtubs, cutters, canoes, boats and other vessels. Sealing of plastic pipes from PVC and ABS. Restoration of worn edges and damaged areas on boats, canoes, kayaks, surfboards, oars and paddles, worn parts of toys, buttons and latches.

Application procedure
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Application temperature +5 °C to +30 °C.

Preparation:
All surfaces must be clean, free of loose particles. Does not adhere to polyethylene, polypropylene and some other plastics. If in doubt, check compliance before starting work. The unused portion will remain fresh for further use after being stored in the original packaging. Not suitable for general construction work. Can be used on surfaces coming into contact with drinking water.

Method of use:
Roughen and clean the repaired area before application.
Cut or roll the desired amount.
Mix to get a uniform color.
If mixing is difficult, warm FastFix Plastic to room temperature or slightly warmer.
Even mixing is important to achieve good quality. Apply to the repaired surface within 2 minutes after mixing.
Apply to any cracks or holes and remove excess material, preferably with clean water.
After applying sealant to a damp, wet or slowly seeping surface, press the material firmly against the surface and press until it adheres.
For best results, wet your fingers to better blend, apply and spread the cured product.
Remove excess material before curing.

Cleaning:
Use water or PENOSIL Premium cleaning wipes to remove fresh sealant from hands and tools. Cured sealant should be removed mechanically.

Color:
It hardens to a whitish color.

Security requirements:
Contains epoxy resin and triethylenetetramine. Exposure may cause allergic reactions. May be harmful if swallowed. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
It irritates the eyes. If contact with eyes occurs, flush with water for 5 to 10 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children.
