The TP-Link RE305 AP WiFi Router extends your existing WiFi coverage with 11AC wireless technology. It works with a standard wireless router and creates a stronger dual-band connection in hard-to-reach areas, giving you seamless wireless coverage throughout your home or office. The RE305 Extender allows you to connect multiple devices at once by operating simultaneously in the 2.4 GHz bands with a transfer rate of 300 Mbps and 5 GHz, where the data transfer rate reaches up to 867 Mbps. Use the 2.4 GHz band for normal e-mail work and web browsing, and use the 5 GHz band for playing games and streaming HD video. The RE305 is more than a wireless signal range extender. Simply connect an Ethernet cable to its network port and it can easily turn your wired internet into a wireless one, as it can be switched to dual-band access point mode. Extender RE305 can be used in conjunction with any Wi-Fi router. In addition, you can use TP-Link's free Tether app, which allows you to control wireless range extender settings from any Android or iOS device in minutes. The application has a number of features that not only help you make the installation smooth, but you can also adjust the advanced settings of your network.
